MVIS: The Future

For those unfamiliar with the company, MVIS is a developer of miniature display and imaging engines. Basically, this will be the company to profit from mobile projection, which in my opinion, is the future.

Think about this for a second, what if your brand new iPhone had this technology? You could literally watch your favorite YouTube videos anywhere, anytime, with an audience. What if your PDA/Blackberry had this technology? You could preform your next business meeting, with a visual presentation, with the use of one simple device. Do you understand the market for this? It's huge!

This company is speculative in nature, no real earnings. However, I do believe that will change with the right execution. In my opinion, Microvision has a high probability of becoming a profitable company, and has plenty of room for growth. I believe every portfolio needs a speculative stock, one that has the potential to make you rich, this is mine (no more than 20% of your portfolio).

Here is a 1 year chart:

The stock seems to be holding support for the moment, but if broken (price falls below blue line), we could see a nice move down. If this happens, it could be a perfect spot to jump in and buy a little.

If we look at Relative Strength (RSI), Microvision is approching 30, which is a sign that the stock my be oversold.

Looking at the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), I would like to see a move above the zero line.

That being said, this is where I believe technical analysis is useless. It's a speculative stock! All it takes is a little bit of news, one partnership, maybe even a takeover, and you miss the whole move.

Don't miss the move.

Note: Think about the first time you saw a camera phone. If you were like me, you had to have one. Do you think it will be different with mobile projection? I think not.

Be patient! Invest in the future, invest in MVIS!

This post is not incendiary, will not cause AT to throw a potato at his dog, and does not challenge Grant about his motorcycle accident.

Therefore, you stay 3rd tier.
