Recap

My day went well, mainly because I did really well on my two finals. I have one more final tomorrow and then I'm done! It sure does feel good to know I'm almost done with school.

Today's buy in GOOG was probably not the best entry point, but I have been waiting to add to my position and I thought now was a good time. Regardless of a correction in the market, I plan on holding my buy in GOOG long-term. I feel this stock is worth at least $500, and if they would do a 10/1 split the stock would easily go to $100, which would put the stock at $1000 pre-split. But, no luck there, in the shareholder meeting today they said they won't split the stock.

I made another gamble today, buying NVDA @ $33, before the close. My brother, the computer techie, has been all over this stock. Every time I see him, he tells me to buy this one, so I figured what better way to get get into it than before earnings right? Not really, but the stock got two upgrades today ahead of the report, and I said, "What the hell, let me pick up a few shares."

One last thing, I bought QID @ 48.20
